During this class, I will show you how to make preparing meals for the week fast simple, and fun. We will start with the basics and make a grocery list in the most efficient way, to get you in and out of the grocery store without ten items you don't need and two hours spent wandering the aisles. We will then prepare two dinners (serves 2) and one breakfast (for 2) that each person will take home at the end of the class. I will have wine to sip throughout the class as well, because everything is better with wine! Please bring an apron if you have it and a recipe to use as an example of grocery planning. You will go home with $50 in meals as well as tips and tricks to recreate all of this food on your own!
